Tim is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years professional experience in providing accounting and auditing services to the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. Tim has held various leadership roles with both local and international organisations and is passionate about assisting not-for-profits in achieving their financial and organisational goals.
Tim is married with two adult children and two grandchildren.
With a background in before and after school care, Rob has over ten years of experience working with children in both England and Australia. Rob is passionate about providing quality outcomes for children, and is currently an Operations Manager for a youth and family focussed not-for-profit in Sydney.
Rob and his wife have a nine-year-old Maltese.
Kerry is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience working with various accountancy firms, including the ‘Big 4’, the not-for-profit sector and the Federal Government.
Her diverse knowledge and expertise are highly valued. Her passion for excellence in practice has been invaluable as the organisation grows from strength to strength. Kerry has one daughter.
With nearly 15 years of leadership experience in the Health & Community Services sectors, Carleigh has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality and accessibility of support for those who need it most.
Currently a Senior Operations Manager overseeing disability services and home care across NSW and Victoria, Carleigh brings a strategic approach to navigating the challenges of the Health and Community sector.
As a solicitor at Brazel Moore Lawyers, Geoff has extensive experience in all areas of general practice. With a career which began as a Legal Clerk in the Office of the Clerk of the Peace, Geoff was admitted as a solicitor in 1979. He moved to the Central Coast to set-up as a partner in practice in 1981.
Geoff is passionate about governance and excellence in service delivery. Geoff has three adult children.

As Nominated Supervisor of Coastwide Family Day Care, Kellie’s dedication to quality Early Childhood Education and Care is demonstrated by her hands on determination to ensure the highest quality implementation of the National Quality Framework within Coastwide Family Day Care.
Kellie’s commitment to delivering positive learning outcomes continues in her leadership of the Supported Playgroups, MyTime and PlayConnect programs, where she strives to ensure our programs deliver services which focus on the individuality and diversity of children and families. Kellie has recently regenerated the Coastwide Child and Family Services business model to include the acquisition of Kindiclub, a 29 place preschool in East Gosford, and deliver Before and After School Care at Chertsey Primary School. Plans for 2025 include providing before and after school care and mobile pre-school education to other primary schools in regional NSW.
The recent Exceeding National Quality Standard Rating for Coastwide Family Daycare has shown that Kellie's management, leadership, drive and enthusiasm has empowered her team of coordinators and educators to receive the highest possible service rating.

Charlotte, our Accounts Administrator brings a fresh perspective to the team. With a rock-solid background in Real Estate trust accounting, HR, payroll and budgets, Charlotte is committed to providing best practice accounts admin support to her colleagues, as well being instrumental in the great ongoing relationships we have with our suppliers, vendors and various government agencies and departments.
Mel’s calm and confident strengths are fully utilised as our Family Day Care Placement Officer, and Enrolment Officer for our preschool and OOSH service. Her thorough understanding of what families are looking for is a result from her many years as both a Family Day Care parent and a Family Day Care Educator. Mel strives to find the right placement for each and every child, working closely with families and Educators to find to a perfect match. Mel has also been instrumental in our team onboarding a new system for our childcare centre and OOSH service.
Rochelle, our lead Administrator, thrives on a challenging and fast paced environment and welcomes the diversity each day brings. Her background and strengths in event management is a valuable addition to the team. Her understanding and knowledge of multiple areas of the business is second to none, she is always the first to assist our educators, and she never fails to add humour and perspective to busy work days!
Molly works closely with Charlotte and Rochelle in all things admin and accounts / debtors. Mollys sunny personality, organisational skills and her wealth of customer service and account management is a triple threat. Molly, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Coastwide team.
With a wealth of experience in the early childhood education and care sector and family support our Child and Family Services Support Team; Lisa, Vicki, Jade, Mandy and Tiffany, share a passion for quality outcomes for young children and their families.
As Family Support Team Leader, Lisa demonstrates her commitment to our family support programs; Supported Playgroups, MyTime and PlayConnect, in her every day in her interactions with children, families and her colleagues. Her extensive experience as a Family Day Care Coordinator and in Early Childhood Education and Care inform her strengths based, family centred practice, and allow her warm and engaging leadership style to shine. Lisa has a Diploma of Community Services, and Coastwide have had the pleasure of Lisa's guidance and expertise for nearly 16 years.
Jade is passionate about ensuring all children have access to engaging and interesting play opportunities, as found throughout our programs. Jade facilitates a weekly PlayConnect session for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder like characteristics, as well as a number of other supported playgroups. We are fortunate to have Jade be part of the Coastwide family for nearly 10 years.
Vicki has worked with Coastwide in a multitude of capacities, for over 22 years, and believes it is a privilege to be able to work with children and see or hear a child smile or laugh every day. With her can do, calm approach, and her impeccable knowledge of all things Coastwide, not to mention incredible recall for policies and procedures, Vicki has been an integral part of Coastside's ongoing success and growth.
Tiffany is an intrinsic part of our child and family service support team and she brings a fresh perspective to everything she does. With previous experience as a Family Day Care Educator, Tiffany loves to embrace new ideas and she enjoys facilitating activities which cater to the individual needs of children and their families.
Mandy has been part of the Coastwide Child and Family Services Supported Playgroup team for over 15 years. Her love of the benefits of play and connection for children is the driving force behind her role, and the play sessions that she facilitates are warm, joyous and interactive.
With close to 100 Family Day Care Educators throughout Northern Sydney, Coastal NSW and the mid/central West, Coastside's Coordination Unit has some ground to cover.
As Team Leader and Nominated Supervisor, Sam Daniels brings a strong love of quality based early childhood education and her thorough knowledge of policy, regulations and procedures to her role. As our Recruitment and Retention Specialist, Sam strives to guide and mentor educators to be the best they can be. Sam has worked in the early childhood education and care sector for several years and is passionate about the pivotal role early education plays in providing a solid foundation for children’s future learning and development. Sam oversees the Coordination Unit team of Tracy, Tamara, Wendy and Keira, who bring guidance, support and training to their Family Day Care Educators.
Tracy leads her educators with her extensive career history of teaching, and the knowledge of running her own Family Day Care business. Tracys guidance is warm, organised and dedicated to bringing the best out of her team. Her commitment to building relationships with educators, children and their families, and her colleagues has been widely acknowledged.
Tamara also brings experience in early childhood education as a Family Day Care Educator running two services. She is also the driving force of Coastwides RAP program and is our Educational Leader for the team.
Wendy is our Regional Coordinator, and travels throughout country NSW to visit and support our wonderful team of Educators in the Mid-Central West of NSW. She is driven by positive connections and leads amazing virtual experiences and play sessions to connect our remote Educators and the wonderful children in their care. Wendy’s passion for Family Day Care is informed by over twenty five years of experience in the early childhood education and care sector. Her goal as Coordinator is to support Educators to be the best they can be.
Our newest team member, Keira brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the early childhood education and care sector. We are delighted she has joined our team.
Samantha Malone has worked with Coastwide as a Family Day Care Coordinator, and now is the Director of The Kindiclub Preschool, a business acquired by Coastwide Child and Family Services in April 2024. With over 15 years of Early Childhood Education management experience, and area management experience in the Before and After School sector, Sam has embraced her role as Director. Samantha is also the Coordinator of Coastwide OOSH, an education service in strong development and growth stage for Coastwide.
Sams team of Educators at Kindiclub align with her passion for quality early childhood education; Helen, Evie, Tanja, Harmony, Maddi and Christine are dynamic and dedicated teachers and create a fresh, fun and inclusive learning environment for the children in their care.
