Service Risk Assessment
The Service Risk Assessment is conducted on initial registration and annually as part of the re-registration process, (with a review after 6 months), to ensure that your Family Day Care (FDC) service meets:

• your obligations under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
• the requirements of registration with Coastwide Family Day Care

National Law 167: A family day care educator must ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect a child being educated and cared for as part of a family day care service from harm and from any hazard likely to cause injury.
