Coastwide OOSH Service Transition for Umina Beach Primary School
Coastwide Child and Family Services (CCFS) is excited to announce that we will be taking over the service approval management of your OOSH service at Umina Beach Primary School.
With over 43 years of experience, CCFS is a trusted provider of Family Day Care, Centre-based Early Learning, Outside School Hours Care (OOSH), and Family Support programs.
We understand that change can bring questions, and we want to reassure families that our priority is ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining and enhancing the quality of care your child receives.
What You Need to Do
To confirm your child’s place and avoid any interruptions to care, please complete the following steps as soon as possible:
✅ Complete Your Enrolment: Please click on ‘enrol now’
✅ Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Details: Provide your CCS details to finalise enrolment.
✅ Medical Information & Additional Needs: Update us on any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs.
✅ Confirming Bookings: Let us know your child’s regular booking pattern.
OOSH Fees & Session Times
There is one off enrolment fee of $50.00 per child.
Our session times and fees are as follows:
🕘 Morning Session: 6.30 am to 9 am – $25.00
🕕 Afternoon Session: 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm - $32.00
Coastwide OOSH will be commencing on Friday, 21st February 2025. The current Approved Provider’s last day of operation will be Thursday, 20th February 2025.

We value quality over quantity, focusing on meaningful interactions and experiences that inspire curiosity and resilience. Our dedicated staff are committed to creating a safe, engaging space where children feel valued and empowered.
In 2025, we have expanded our service area to include Holgate, Jilliby, Wyong Creek, Wyee and Attunga Public Schools, as well as continuing our service at Chertsey Public School.
